General Maze Passes

The site is open from 10am-6pm (LAST ADMISSION IS AT 3PM)

If we need to close the site due to very bad weather you will be offered a full refund or you can reschedule your tickets to another day of your choice

Coming with friends and family? Buy your tickets in one purchase and take advantage of our groups discounts/passes & save up to 10%

Brimstage Farm remains a dog-free site (aside assistance dogs of course). We do not advise leaving your furry friends in your cars as the car park area is not shaded so please do leave your dogs at home

PLENTY of FREE parking

The QR Code sent in your booking confirmation email must be presented (on your mobile device or printout) for scanning at the entrance

If the ticket is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused

All members of your party (group booking) must enter together

Please enter through Maizy's Ice Cream Parlour to obtain your wristband (TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES TO ACCESS THE ACTIVITIES)

You are free to leave the site & return (as long as you are wearing your wristband)

All children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times

ALL children MUST be supervised AT ALL TIMES on ALL play equipment & activities

EVERYONE aged 3+ needs a day pass to enter the site

Some activities may be cancelled in wet weather for safety reasons, or due to technical or operational reasons. Brimstage Farm & Maze reserve the right to alter or vary the attractions & activities available without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets

We reserve the right to vary the opening and closing times and dates of the maze and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of attractions, events or facilities for any reason. No part or full refund or compensation payment will be made should any activity become unavailable

Maze Pass holders with a disability are entitled to be accompanied by one carer. Visitors entitled to one adult carer must present one of the following on entry: (1) Valid Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (2) Valid Personal Independence payment award letter (3) A current valid Blue Badge (4) A valid letter from your GP stating the need for a carer dated within the last 6 months

Maze Season Passes

The site is open daily from 10am-6pm
-
Season ticket holders MUST arrive on site before 3pm (just so we can make sure you get the most out of your time here at Brimstage Farm)

The pass allows UNLIMITED visits to the season pass holder to Brimstage Farm & Maze from Sunday 21st July through to Sunday 1st September 2024 (inclusive)

Everyone over the aged 3 of over must have their own season pass

Season Passes must be purchased by an adult

All children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times

Please do not 'share' your QR code/season pass with anyone. Whilst we know this is a very kind gesture, it can lead us to invalidating your pass with NO REFUND

Brimstage Farm & Maze remains a DOG FREE site (aside mobility/guide dogs of course)

Management reserves the right to refuse entry and withdraw the Season Pass tickets at any time from any ticket holder whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate. No part or full refund or compensation payment will be made
